2. Assist in Contract Negotiations With a Realtor

Whether you are a first time homebuyer or have been down this path many times before, we will work to match you with a realtor from our network of some of the best realtors in the state of Florida. My staff and I will work alongside you and your realtor to guide you through all of the paperwork, offers, counter-offer, inspections and any other request to make sure you are getting the best deal and the lowest price so you can feel comfortable making an offer on the home of your dreams.

3. Low Rate Mortgage

One of the most important steps in the journey to owning your new home is to secure the best possible rate and terms on your new mortgage. I will work on your behalf from a list of guaranteed NO FEE lenders so you can be assured that the rate and terms you receive are the lowest possible.

4. Close On Your New Home

Many states require homebuyers to have an attorney present at closing – to the detriment of many buyers, Florida does not. Having an experienced attorney review the hundreds of pages that comprise your mortgage and sit with you at the closing table will provide you with the peace-of-mind that everything is in order prior to signing the mortgage. I have represented hundreds of clients who signed before knowing what was written in the mortgage.
